- Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow‑up with owners
- Review the Open Order Book and continually update/add any new PN to our Plant Site
- Assist in driving PRA’s
- Run X‑Charts to identify issues
- Review the BOM and Material Status Holds
- Help facility Work Transfer discussions
- Review Contract Holds on Customer Orders and work with team to resolve
- Ensure orders are level loaded if Plant sites indicate current schedule cannot be supported
- Manage action items and drive to closure
- BS or BA Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Technical related field with 2-3 years’ experience preferred
- Minimum AS degree with 5+ years of production support experience or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required (Minimum intermediate level with Excel)
- Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferred
- Self‑motivated and very detail oriented
- Excellent project management skills are highly preferred
Citizenship Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen
Pay Range: $78K - $80K
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This role is considered 100% on‑site position in Rockford, ILL. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel requirements: Minimal travel between Assembly plant and test plant.
