Manufacturing / Program Quality Engineer
Location:
Lafayette, IN or Peoria, IL
Seeking a Manufacturing / Program Quality Engineer with experience in APQP, NPI/NCI, manufacturing quality, and product launches. The ideal candidate will lead quality planning, risk management (PFMEA), process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk studies, and root‑cause analysis using 8D and CAPA methodologies.
Required Skills- APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, M
- Process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Minitab, Excel, PLM/ERP/QMS systems
- Manufacturing or Program Quality Engineering experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement background
