Furst Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Rockford, IL to support production operations and improve manufacturing processes in the cold heading department. This position requires collaboration with various teams to drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot production challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 2–5 years of engineering experience. Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with cold heading machines are essential.
