As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing operations, implementing innovative technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high‑quality products while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Pay Rate$45.00-$50.00 hourly

Responsibilities- Lead and execute process improvement and manufacturing optimization projects
- Develop, validate, and implement robust manufacturing processes
- Provide technical leadership and manufacturing support for new product introductions (NPI)
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve productivity and quality
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Drive cost reduction, capacity expansion, and efficiency improvement initiative
- Support equipment qualification, process validation, and change control activities
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software
- Must be able to work in cleanroom environments when required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
- Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and manufacturing control systems
- Expertise in process validation, equipment qualification, and change control management
- Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
- Experience with CAD software and manufacturing documentation systems
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and root cause analysis
- Experience supporting engineers and technicians
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications beneficial
