In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Carry out circuit design and PCB layout while following relevant design standards.
- Define, plan, and coordinate development, product qualification, safety, and regulatory-compliance testing.
- Conduct concept feasibility assessments and technical risk evaluations for new products.
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for junior engineers, including hands‑on problem solving, and debugging.
- Support field investigations, manufacturing, and supply chain issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with electrical engineering for product design.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States—sponsorship will not be provided.
- Proficiency in circuit design and PCB layout.
- Familiarity with electrical safety, functional safety, and EMC compliance standards.
- Experience with reliability modeling and rugged environmental design.
- Design experience with mass‑produced electronics (PCBAs, cable assemblies, etc.).
- Experience with embedded systems using microcontrollers.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
