* Job Summary:

** Caterpillar’s Electrification + Energy Solutions division is seeking a HV System Analysis Lead to coordinate high-voltage system analysis capability across electrification programs.

This role is responsible for collaborating with a global engineering team delivering high voltage system analysis, including cable sizing, fuse coordination, incident energy calculations, and power flow studies.

The position combines deep technical expertise with leadership of a globally distributed team to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scalable system analysis supporting electrified product development.

* What You Will Do:

*** Lead execution and quality of HV system analysis including cable sizing, fuse coordination, incident energy calculations, and power flow analysis
* Establish and standardize modeling practices and data quality requirements
* Serve as the technical subject matter expert for HV system analysis
* Drive continuous improvement of analysis methods and modeling capability
* Ensure alignment between analysis outputs and system design decisions
* Lead and coordinate a globally distributed team executing ETAP analysis activities
* Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload forecasting
* Establish governance routines for execution discipline
* Develop team capability through mentoring and coaching
* Drive accountability for quality and timeliness of deliverables
* Keep up-to-date on new technologies and drive continuous improvement to established techniques

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
** Process Management:
