You will oversee multiple IDOT phase I, II or phase III projects across various offices while managing and tracking the project backlog.

• Manage client relationships, cultivating new business connections, and collaborating with the Business Development Team to identify IDOT PTB items to pursue.
• Managing current IDOT Phase I and II engineering projects as well as County and Municipal Transportation projects.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business objectives.

• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred)
• Experience: 10+ years working on IDOT roadway and bridge design projects, and managing/mentoring civil engineering staff
• Location: Rockford, IL – Hybrid schedule is available
• Software skills: Microsoft 365, Micro Station/Open Roads, Adobe (AutoCAD Civil 3D beneficial)
