What You Will Do- Work with a cross‑functional team to provide support to the production shop floor
- Investigate, incorporate and close out changes to manufacturing procedures
- Complete updates to job instruction sheets
- Using customer tools, route products through the shop floor from assembly to shipment with minimal direction
- Assist in documenting standard practices
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline with up to 1 year of internship or co‑op experience
- Or associate degree in an engineering discipline with 3‑5 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with GD&T is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment while also being self‑directed
$30.00 to $33.00 per hour
Work Requirements- Must be able to commute to the Rockford, IL site with personal transportation
- Work in a shop floor environment, which may include extensive walking and lifting up to 40 lbs.
