Systems Engineer

Seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in systems engineering, requirements management, system integration, verification, and certification activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex engineering programs and supporting avionics or embedded systems.

• Own the definition, execution, review, documentation, disposition, and closure of engineering findings.
• Perform systems engineering activities in accordance with ARP
  4754A/B and DO-178B/C guidelines.
• Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation based on assigned work packages.
• Manage and update system requirements using tools such as Polarion or DOORS.
• Define requirements, test cases, system verification activities, and related documentation.
• Support system integration across software and other system domains.
• Interface with customers to capture subsystem design details and allocate requirements to the appropriate Systems teams.
• Develop system test cases and procedures and support customer technical questions.
• Coordinate with domain development teams to ensure requirements, scope, and schedules are aligned.
• Support system certification activities and configuration management.
• Maintain conformity of the Systems Integration Facility.
• Work within an Agile development environment and use tools such as Jira and configuration management systems.

• Experience in Systems Engineering.
• Experience with requirements-based software development and tools such as Polarion or DOORS.
• Knowledge of system certification processes.
• Experience with systems architecture, system integration, requirements, and verification.
• Experience working with ARP
  4754A/B and DO-178B/C guidelines.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Experience working on at least one complex engineering program.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
