Generally responsible for directing traffic and assisting customers within a designated parking facility to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely. This is a part-time seasonal event position, and weekend availability is required.

Required:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* No experience required; on the job training provided

* No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred:

* One (1) year of similar work experience preferred

Essential Duties:

* Maintain traffic flowing efficiently within the parking facility according to operating plan.

* Provide excellent customer service greeting each guest and visitor with a smile and a warm welcome. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner.

* Traffic directors stand in designated areas and wave vehicles in the desired direction with a positive and helpful demeanor.

* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure productive operations, quality service, client, and customer satisfaction.

* Guiding and directing visitors to the requested areas around the Parking Garage as well as providing useful information and services pertaining to Downtown activities and parking facilities.

* Job duties may be modified at any time.
