Customer Service Rep
Overview
Generally responsible for directing traffic and assisting customers within a designated parking facility to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely. This is a part-time seasonal event position, and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities- Maintain traffic flowing efficiently within the parking facility according to operating plan.
- Provide excellent customer service greeting each guest and visitor with a smile and a warm welcome. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Traffic directors stand in designated areas and wave vehicles in the desired direction with a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure productive operations, quality service, client, and customer satisfaction.
- Guide and direct visitors to the requested areas around the Parking Garage and provide useful information and services pertaining to Downtown activities and parking facilities.
- Job duties may be modified at any time.
