OFFICE COORDINATOR, OPTION 2 - HARD ROCK CASINO, ROCKFORD
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Under direction, performs technical, secretarial, and office support functions for the Gaming Unit Supervisor.
* Utilizes a variety of computer applications to perform necessary support functions relative to casino operations, including completion of reports and ensuring gaming operations/processes flow accordingly.
* Serves as a training coordinator for the casino's new gaming agents.
* Processes travel vouchers for gaming supervisors and gaming agents.
* Processes mail, monitors and tracks inventory of equipment and supplies, and establishes and maintains filing systems.
* Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to two (2) years of secretarial/business college OR Completion of high school and two (2) years of related office experience OR Two (2) years of independent business experience.
* Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 30 WPM.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
* Pass Illinois Gaming Board's background investigation (background check).
* Must comply with the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act:
