Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Part Time Players Club Representative to communicate the Player’s Club program, guide guests on comps and benefits, and promote loyalty on the casino floor.
You will service guests at customer service booths and VIP room, coordinate comps for mid/high-end players, and handle reservations for events and transportation. Multilingual skills and strong guest relations are a plus.
