Hard Rock Casino Rockford is hiring to enhance guest relations and deliver premium service on the casino floor. This role focuses on communicating the Player’s Club program, assisting mid/high-end guests, and promoting comps and exclusive events.
The incumbent will manage guest inquiries, coordinate reservations for events, and ensure accurate data entry while adhering to gaming rules and company policies. Strong English and multi-lingual abilities are preferred.
