Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled D365 F&O Finance Analyst to support the Finance and Manufacturing teams in optimizing ERP processes and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, combined with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role will focus on improving financial processes, providing actionable insights, and ensuring system integrity across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related processes within D365 F&O, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules to support finance operations and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management decision-making.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate posting and reconciliations.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system and process issues, working closely with technical teams.
- Assist in testing, implementation, and upgrades of D365 F&O finance modules.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP analysis; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), particularly finance modules.
- Strong understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with D365 F&O manufacturing integration processes (inventory, costing, production orders).
- Knowledge of SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
