We are partnered with a multi-billion dollar organization in the Western Chicago suburbs targeting a new Director of Credit and Collections.
Key Responsibilities:- Development of internal credit policies
- Determining credit worthiness of customers
- Responsible for all areas of credit reporting and fraud mitigation
- Collection Management, working directly with customers
- Lead on all aspects of credit risk management
- Leading a team of 30+ on the credit and collections team
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of people management experience in the Credit / Collections space required
- Experience working directly with customers is required
- Strong understanding of credit granting, commercial credit data, and credit research
