Centralized Account Management Administrator

Pay Range: $22.64 - $30.18

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of Financial Services customer service and operations experience or similar experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral skills
• High quality customer service
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy to include Microsoft Office 365 and industry software

• 70% Provide high quality customer service for CAM clients regarding account inquiries that are primarily initiated by the client and transaction processing. Accept and transact orders for which you are properly registered.
• 15% Establish, maintain and execute all administrative tasks on CAM to ensure they remain compliant by working with Operations and our internal compliance department.
• 10% May entail proactive client outreach for maintenance of accounts.
• 5% Other duties as assigned

• Communicate effectively with internal and/or external customers
• Stationary 75% of time or greater
• Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
