Pricing Analyst; Aircraft Leasing

Coopman Search & Selection is partnering with a leading global aircraft leasing platform to appoint a Pricing Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced international aviation finance environment.

The role offers broad exposure across aircraft pricing, portfolio analysis, transaction support, lease modelling, and commercial decision-making, working closely with origination, marketing, treasury, and senior leadership teams. It is ideally suited to candidates with experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, structured finance, valuation, or financial analysis who are looking to play a key role in supporting investment and leasing decisions.

• Support the pricing of aircraft lease transactions across a global portfolio.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate lease structures, investment returns, and transaction profitability.
• Perform aircraft and portfolio valuations using market intelligence, cash flow modelling, and residual value analysis.
• Partner with origination, marketing, treasury, legal, and commercial teams to support transaction execution and pricing decisions.
• Analyse lease economics, financing structures, and portfolio performance to support investment recommendations.
• Prepare commercial analysis, pricing materials, and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor aviation market trends, lease rate movements, aircraft values, and financing developments.
• Assist with strategic portfolio initiatives, acquisition opportunities, and refinancing analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, financial models, and internal reporting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years' experience within aircraft leasing, aviation finance, valuation, structured finance, investment analysis, or financial modelling.
• Strong understanding of aircraft leasing economics, lease pricing, portfolio analysis, and aviation finance.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience evaluating investment opportunities and supporting transaction execution is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools is preferred.
• Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a collaborative, fast-paced international environment.
