Finance Manager

Inte Pros is partnering with a leading global manufacturing organization to identify a Finance Manager for their Rockford, IL facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with operations, driving financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership
• Partner with plant and operational teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Support cost analysis, capital planning, and business initiatives
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of financial processes and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Manufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
