Current Openings- Financial Care/Collections Associate – This position assists and gets to know our members by corresponding with them regarding past due balances for loans and their accounts. Works with daily calling lists and reports. Secures payment resolutions and follow-up as necessary. Discusses current budgeting options to assist with payment plans. A High School Diploma as well as at least one year of prior collections experience is required.
Location:
Admin office in Loves Park. - Indirect/Online Loan Processor – This position assists our members with the administrative, and processing functions of the indirect auto and online memberships/loans. Completes the processing of loan paperwork, loan funding, follow-up, loan file verifications and online memberships for borrowers. May also assist with title updates and the entry of application data. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and prior experience with auto loan processing.
Location:
Admin office in Loves Park. - Member Experience Specialist – This position provides a source for the financial needs of our members. Opens new accounts, assists with IRAs, CDs, and other member products. The position also provides lending discussions and guidance for new loans. A High School Diploma or equivalent as well as prior experience with new accounts and lending is required.
Location:
Olde Creek and Roscoe branches. - Member Solutions Associate/Teller – This position is responsible for assisting members with their financial transaction needs (including deposits, withdrawals and payments). Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and prior cash handling/customer service experience.
