Strategic Pricing Manager

Seeking a data-driven Strategic Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and execution across the Americas for a global distribution organization. This position combines strategic pricing leadership with hands‑on analytical execution, giving you ownership over pricing strategy, profitability, pricing governance, and continuous process improvement. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Product Management, and Operations to drive profitable growth through data-backed pricing decisions.

• Own pricing strategy and execution across the Americas region
• Develop pricing strategies that improve profitability, competitiveness, and gross margins
• Analyze pricing data, market trends, and business performance to drive strategic decisions
• Manage supplier pricing updates, pricing discrepancies, and pricing governance
• Ensure pricing accuracy across ERP systems, price books, and customer-facing platforms
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and Product Management
• Build and analyze reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to support pricing decisions
• Evaluate opportunities to improve pricing processes through automation and future AI‑driven solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency

• 3–6+ years of experience in pricing, pricing analytics, FP&A, procurement, or a related analytical role

• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, gross margin, and profitability analysis
• Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools preferred
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Strong communication skills with experience partnering across multiple business functions
