Commercial Loan Closing Manager

• Directs the work of a team of loan closing professionals responsible for all aspects of commercial loan due diligence, documentation, and closing execution.
• Partners closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, Legal, and other internal partners.
• Leads process improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manages a team of loan closing professionals and provides feedback, coaching, and development.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6-8 years of commercial lending experience.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and credit policy.
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to drive process improvement and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.

Demonstrates expertise in commercial loan due diligence, documentation, and closing execution, while effectively leading a team and driving process improvements. Strong proficiency in stakeholder coordination and compliance with regulatory requirements is essential.
