Director of Finance

• Compensation: $160,000 base salary (DOE) + annual bonus

• Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of finance, including cost accounting and capital project analysis
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent advanced certification

• Cross-functional operational oversight (IT, Banking, Legal, Risk)
• Experience with banking relationships, borrowing base reporting, and covenant compliance
• External audit and corporate tax oversight

• Proven Expertise: 8-10+ years of progressive financial and accounting leadership.
• Core Credentials:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; active CPA or relevant advanced credential required.
• Mastery of Financial Mechanics:
  Deep proficiency in cost accounting, financial modeling, capital investment analysis, and corporate reporting.
• Broad Business Acumen:
  Experience or strong readiness to oversee adjacent operational functions like IT infrastructure partners, and risk/legal management.
