JCW Group is seeking a dedicated underwriting professional to lead the credit lifecycle for C&I and CRE loans in the Chicago suburbs. You will underwrite loans, analyze borrower financials, and produce credit memos for SME borrowers, while monitoring ongoing portfolio health.
You will evaluate collateral, guarantor support, and cash flow, and interact with business owners and senior leadership to support the credit process. SBA/504 and nCino familiarity are a plus but not required.
