Job Description- Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet. Participates in proactive sales and service activities and identifies referral opportunities, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer engagement and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and leverages ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience, performing lobby engagement activities, positioning PNC products to meet customer needs, and educating customers on managing financial transactions via technology and resources.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
- Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within limits, exercising heightened scrutiny to avoid loss, and ensuring teller and branch operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Focused – knowledge of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in business decisions.
- Managing Risk – assessment and effective management of all risks to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $33,750.00 – $56,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
