Teller, Finance & Banking

As a Teller at EMPLOYER-DESC , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, embodying our commitment to excellent customer service. You will handle routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, merchant transactions, etc.), and ensure that customer needs are met promptly and accurately. This role is pivotal in maintaining the reputation of the institution as a secure and trusted banking partner.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Balance cash drawers and daily transactions
• Detect and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Answer customer inquiries regarding account status and banking products
• Adhere to bank financial and security regulations and standards
• Provide banking service recommendations based on customer needs
• Assist customers with processing other financial transactions
• Maintain and manage records of transactions
