🗣️ PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)

Supportive, patient‑centered rehab team dedicated to impacting lives of older adults.

• Establish appropriate goals and implement creative treatment plans.
• Develop and execute clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while being a trusted partner in the community.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (CFs considered).
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehab is a plus but not required.
