• Provide physical therapy treatments under a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up‑to‑date

• Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in your state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
