Join the PHYSICAL THERAPIST (INPATIENT) (LEVEL
1) - REGISTRY, Rehab Therapy - IP Adult PT/OT/Speech team at UW Health Swedish American.
The role is a PRN position with a variety of shifts, including a minimum of 2 weekend days every 4 weeks and weekday hours from 6am-6pm as needed, located at Swedish American Hospital.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required.
Licenses & Certifications- CPR certification
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy
