Overview

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day/Evening shift role, variable, 7:00-5:30. You may be eligible for a $20,000 sign on bonus. You will work at 9th street clinic in Rockford.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
  • Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.

  • CPR certification. Required
