• Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed business goals
• Consult with customers on technology solutions using technical expertise
• Manage the sales process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and tracking through CRM systems
• Establish trust with customers and ensure high satisfaction post-sale
• Maintain current knowledge of genetic analysis markets and products

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in Life Sciences, focusing on small to mid-sized capital and consumables
• Extensive knowledge of single cell and spatial biology tools applied to life science research
• Proven ability to establish long-term customer relationships and close new business
• Strong customer-facing skills, including understanding needs and presenting solutions

• Master’s or PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
