Work Schedule
100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

- Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Religious Studies, Pastoral Counseling, or a related field of ministry from a school accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Required
- Must have completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. Required
- Completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education in a hospital setting. Preferred
- No minimum experience required. Required
- 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, and Women's Services. Preferred
- Endorsement or appropriate recognition of ministry by the governing body of the Chaplain's denomination/faith group Preferred
- 3 years of successful post graduate pastoral care, preferably as a chaplain in a healthcare setting Preferred
- Licensed or ordained chaplain, and in good standing with their faith tradition. Required
- Membership (or eligibility for membership in) the Association of Professional Chaplains or the National Association of Catholic Chaplains. Preferred
- APC Board Certification. Preferred
