Denials Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Denial Management Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities Research and resolve outstanding denials and manage follow-up in a timely manner Identify denial trends and provide education to prevent future denials Initiate and manage insurance appeals and outstanding accounts receivable related to denials

Required Qualifications , Training, and Education High School Diploma or equivalency 4 years of experience in medical billing with exposure to denials and appeals Knowledge of ICD9 and CPT-4 coding Familiarity with insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) and claims processing requirements Solid skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
