Expected pay for this position is $55.20 - $63.65/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

JOB SPECIFICS:

• Looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in ICU or Neuro with strong inpatient base to join a robust Neurology group that provides high quality care to the Rockford community!
• This role is majority inpatient rounding on general neurology and stroke patients
• Comprehensive Stroke Center that receives extensive referrals
• A group of 2 Interventional Neurologists, 2 Neuro Surgeons and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Growing Neuroscience service line
• Schedule that promotes work/life balance
• Rotating weekends and holidays

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39 - $73.68
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
• Licensed to provide either an advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act] OR [physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 ("Act") Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics.
• BLS/ALS Certified Experience is preferred however; new graduates will be considered.
