Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing team at Alden Park Strathmoor. Enjoy a flexible PRN schedule of up to 30 hours per week in a supportive, therapist-led organization that has been delivering exceptional rehabilitation services since 1986.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Net Health documentation is a plus, but not required
