Hard Rock - - - Responsibilities:
Prepare foods for grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, or poaching, and ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications.;
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and proper food storage of all items.;
Assist co-workers to ensure efficient kitchen operations and support special events as needed.;
Contribute to guest service by building and retaining guest relations and mentoring team members.;
Close down workstations and sanitize areas; report equipment safety issues.
