The Complex Director of Finance is a strategic financial leader responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations for The Midland Hotel and The Wade Hotel. This role serves as a key business partner to the General Managers and ownership, providing financial leadership that drives profitability, ensures strong controls, and supports long‑term asset value. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality financial acumen, experience in complex or multi‑property environments, and the ability to balance hands‑on operational leadership with strategic financial planning.

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the General Managers and ownership for both properties
• Lead the annual budget, reforecast, and long‑range planning processes
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances; provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Support asset management objectives by driving NOI, cash flow, and EBITDA performance
