Hard Rock - [Service Attendant] As an Usher at Hard Rock, you'll:
Greet guests and scan tickets and/or escort guests to their proper assigned seats;
Acknowledge all guest related issues and report to Supervisor;
Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience;
Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL.
