HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Federal and Commercial Health Segment leadership team, including the Segment Partner Leader, Practice Leaders, Partners, and People Managers.
• Align people strategies with business priorities to drive organizational performance, workforce effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.
• Translate business objectives into actionable workforce strategies in collaboration with the Executive Director, U.S. Human Capital Business Partner Lead, Segment leadership, and Human Capital Centers of Excellence.
• Provide strategic consultation and leadership across workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, succession planning, performance enablement, leadership development, employee relations, and change management.
• Leverage data-driven insights and workforce analytics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and influence decisions that improve organizational outcomes.
• Support federal and commercial healthcare clients while addressing related talent, compliance, and workforce challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leaders to drive workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business results.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational priorities and translate them into people strategies.
- Experience supporting complex organizations within professional services, consulting, government contracting, healthcare, technology or related industries preferred.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, organization design, performance management, and leadership coaching.
- Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing workforce data and insights to influence business decisions.
- Excellent communication, consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational change
- Workday experience desired.
- SHRM-S/CP or S/PHR Certification a plus.
