- Oversee all aspects of Revantage's People Compliance, supporting over 1,400 employees nationwide
- Develop and implement HR compliance strategies aligned with portfolio partners’ goals and objectives
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Legal on compliance strategies
- Monitor labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices
- Provide proactive guidance on legal requirements
- Manage and file U.S. state and federal EEO reporting and other government reporting requirements and audits
- Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Review policies with Legal and implement new policies as needed
- Conduct HR audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and improvement areas
- Assess risks of HR compliance changes across different states with portfolio partners and Legal
- Manage relationships with compliance vendors
- Manage compliance training processes and annual reviews of offerings
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for policy changes
- Perform other compliance duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Compliance functions
- Experience with legal and regulatory compliance, including labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices
- Advanced knowledge of DOL, Federal, and CA employment laws and procedures that impact HR information
- Ability to assess and prioritize conflicting business needs, quickly resolve issues, and address root causes while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead by influence outside of hierarchy and build collaborative relationships within and outside of People & Culture, cross-functionally and with vendor partners
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates expertise in HR Compliance, including the development and implementation of compliance strategies, monitoring labor laws, and managing EEO reporting. Strong ability to collaborate with leadership and regulatory teams while conducting audits and training to ensure adherence to regulations.
