Director Business Transformation

Seeking a dynamic Leader with hands-on expertise in translating data and analytics into actionable insights.

Design and execute the transformation and analysis of large datasets, both structured and unstructured, while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Manage end-to-end projects independently, collaborating closely with stakeholders to address business needs and fostering strong client relationships.

• Translate data into actionable insights and present findings clearly to clients.
• Design and execute the transformation and analysis of large datasets.
• Independently drive projects from requirements to execution using various data analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and manage cross-functional projects/initiatives.
• Project management experience in accounting/finance, FP&A, financial modeling, and/or tech implementation.
• Effectively communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Manage individual and supporting staff workflows and task responsibilities.

• Analytics experience within a client service environment
• Finance / Supply Chain background
