Location: Onsite in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago
Type: Contract to hire
Rate
: $28/hr
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 technical issues
- Serve as the escalation point for lower level technicians
- Perform user account management, including password resets and access administration
- Support Microsoft Office and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN networking issues
- Image, configure, and deploy computers and other endpoint devices
