An Analytics & Reporting Consultant works within Workday’s Professional Services organization and focuses on the implementation of Human Resources and Financial Management cloud‑based software. The position requires designing, developing, and deploying analytics and reporting solutions for Workday customers using products such as Prism Analytics, People Analytics, and Accounting Center.

• Design, develop, and deploy analytics and reporting solutions for Workday customers.
• Help clients resolve analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application.
• Work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Deliver on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
• Contribute to customer experience to achieve high satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively across fast‑paced, diverse teams.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.

• 3+ years of Data Modeling experience.
• 3+ years of Workday Reporting experience.
• 3+ years of Prism experience.
• 3+ years of Financial Management domain experience.

• General understanding of APIs.
• General understanding of Security/Data Governance.
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner, motivated to understand technologies used at Workday.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills.
