Job Summary
The Data Analyst will support Behavioral Health Operations by developing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that enable data‑driven decision making across clinical, operational, and workforce performance areas. This role is responsible for independently designing, developing, and maintaining complex dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets that support operational strategy, performance management, and data‑driven decision‑making. Working closely with Operations leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Data Analyst exercises discretion and independent judgment in translating business objectives into actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities, and recommending process improvements that influence business operations and strategic initiatives.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other analytics tools
- Build and support datasets, queries, and data models to meet operational reporting needs
- Own and maintain a standard suite of recurring operational reports and performance summaries for leadership and operations teams
- Partner with Operations teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Translate data into clear, concise outputs for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Adapt and maintain reporting solutions in alignment with evolving enterprise data strategy and infrastructure
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance data accessibility
- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
- Support enhancements to reporting frameworks, metrics, and KPI definitions
- Collaborate with IT, data teams, and other stakeholders on data availability and integration
- Other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Power BI or a comparable data visualization tool required
- Experience supporting operations, service, or contact center environments
- Experience working within data warehouse environments or enterprise data platforms
- Experience with SQL for data querying and reporting (preferred)
- Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data processing (preferred)
- Familiarity with Genesys, Alchemer, or Lime Survey (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to business stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Consistent and reliable high‑speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
- Ability to be present on camera during work‑related trainings, meetings, and/or events
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer

- The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $72,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
