The Technical Enablement Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and advancing Krasan's technical consulting workforce through performance management, training and certification programs, technical partnership engagement, project assessments, and workforce readiness initiatives. This role serves as a key leader within the Technical Enablement organization and works closely with the Enterprise PMO, Resource Management Office, Solution Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical workforce performance management, coaching, career development, and succession planning
- Manage consultant skills inventories, certification tracking, and workforce readiness programs
- Drive training and certification initiatives aligned to business demand and strategic partnerships
- Serve as an operational lead within the Krasan Unified Center of Excellence (KUCOE)
- Coordinate partnership activities with Microsoft, AWS, Google, Service Now, Salesforce, and other strategic partners
- Participate in technical project assessments for at-risk client engagements and provide remediation recommendations
- Partner with the Resource Management Office to maximize bench utilization through training and project support
- Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and development of technical consultants
- Provide KPI reporting related to certifications, training adoption, project assessments, and workforce readiness
- Contribute to organizational planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT consulting, technical delivery, architecture, or technical leadership experience.
- 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
- Experience managing technical teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Ability to identify and manage technical transition needs within the team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Service Now, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems.
- Experience leading Centers of Excellence or Capability Development programs.
- Technical certifications and project delivery certifications preferred.
