We’re looking for a curious, innovative, and driven Data Analyst to help shape how data powers decision-making across the organization. In this role, you won’t just analyze data—you’ll influence strategy. You’ll work in close partnership with senior leadership, gaining direct exposure to high-level decision-making while contributing insights that have real business impact.

What You’ll Do- Build and enhance scalable reporting and data solutions in a modern data environment
- Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Tableau, Python
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for both technical and executive audiences
- Partner directly with senior leaders to support high-impact strategic initiatives
- Explore new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve how data is used across the business
- Identify trends, uncover opportunities, and proactively recommend innovative solutions
- Help elevate data quality, consistency, and efficiency across teams
- Jump into high-visibility projects where your ideas can directly influence outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or similar
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a data-focused role
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau or similar tools)
- Exposure to Python or other analytical tools
- Experience working with or interest in AI tools and emerging analytics technologies
- A proactive, innovative mindset—you’re always looking for better ways to solve problems
- Comfort working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare services industries
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
