Job Description
Overview:
The Scrum Master with Salesforce SAP-W2 role is crucial within our organization as it involves leading the integration of Scrum practices into the Salesforce and SAP environment. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies and the smooth functioning of project management using Salesforce and SAP.
- Act as a servant leader for the Scrum team, enabling them to be self-organized and cross-functional
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and best practices
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and facilitate resolution
- Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements
- Support the team in maintaining high-quality deliverables through proper testing and validation
- Ensure transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Track and report on team metrics and progress
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to coordinate cross-team initiatives
- Facilitate learning and adoption of Agile engineering practices such as TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration
- Contribute to the organization's Agile transformation strategy and execution
- Use Salesforce and SAP expertise to optimize processes and workflows
- Adapt Agile best practices to the specific requirements of Salesforce and SAP projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce and SAP environments
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and SAP systems and processes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Rally, or similar
- Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs
- Knowledge of Agile engineering best practices
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster an Agile mindset
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP integration projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
