Specialist II, Service Desk

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support to firm clients for Wipfli‑supported hardware and software issues of low to moderate complexity.
• Resolve issues in accordance with Service Desk Procedures.
• Develop and maintain general knowledge of major client systems, including support policies and procedures.
• Assist other specialists or support staff through system knowledge transfer and training.
• Research and respond to escalated issues, and further escalate as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of helpdesk experience.
• Strong customer service background.
• Experience with computer systems, including Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Hardware maintenance and repair skills.
• Demonstrated skill in providing support for hardware and software in a Microsoft environment.
• Demonstrated good problem‑solving skills.

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology.
• Technical proficiency in relevant operating systems and applications.
