Job Description
We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities- Offer assistance and solutions for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Identify and resolve technical problems, and if necessary, forward them to the appropriate team members for further action
- Understand and meet the technical requirements of end-users through open-ended questions
- Set up, configure, and update computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance
- Manage user credentials by resetting passwords and access permissions for various applications and systems
- Assist users with technical issues at their locations or through remote connections
- Work with external service providers to address IT needs as directed by management
- Order, inventory, and maintain supplies to support IT operations
- Identify recurring problems, report them to management, and work towards effective solutions
- Monitor the progress of support requests and ensure timely resolution
- Provide technical guidance for business activities, such as reporting, software navigation, and device configuration
- Possess at least 1 year of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Computer Hardware.
- Proficiency in Database Management and Active Directory.
- Experience in Configuration Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Microsoft Windows.
- Experience with WMS System is advantageous.
- Must have experience in Desktop Support and providing Technical Support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT team and other departments.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be authorized to legally work in the location of the job without any sponsorship requirements.
