Administrator, IT Applications (18349) Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 phone, email and chat-based support for users for various systems, including e‑mail, LAN/WAN, user account administration, Active Directory, Virtualization system, standard desktop images and applications.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and data restoration for customers during upgrades or when a problem with the system is diagnosed.
• Work with internal customers to identify issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Consistently communicate with customers and team members.
• Review and resolve server and networking issues.
• Provide technical assistance to end users for various programs.
• Automate redundant tasks and improve processes.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals on intradepartmental projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree plus four years of experience in a similar role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in internal customer and end‑user support roles.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in software application administration or development.
• Proficient with technology (hardware, software, terminal services).
• Intermediate presentation, publishing and reporting skills in MS applications including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with Technical Publication content management systems, Trax MRO ERP software, and ITAR EASE is a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,000 to $58,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
